Slime Care
I just received my slime package:
Before anything, make sure your hands are clean and the surface you are planning to utilize is clean as well. Next, test the slime's condition as it is common for the slime's consistency to change during shipping. You can do this by slightly touching the slime's surface. If the slime is stiff or sticky, refer to the directions below.
Fixing stiff slime:
A. Let the slime sit for a few days to soften or you can try warming it up.
B. Slowly add...
1. White based slime: lotion
2. Clear slime: glycerin
Fixing sticky slime:
A. make sure your hands are clean!
*Warmer hands tend to make slime sticky
B. Slowly add...
1. Activator until you reached your desired texture.
*Be careful, over-activating slime will make it stiff and slimes with many add-ins will result in fallout.
How to make activator:
Completely dissolve the provided 1 tsp of borax with 1 cup of warm water.
Store this solution in a safe area that will not come into contact with food.
Shipping and Handling:
What is included in my slime order?
All orders will include the slime(s) you ordered and an extras bag. An extras bag includes my business card with slime care instructions, activator packet, candy, and some fun slime add-in!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. After it is shipped, it is up to the shipping option you chose at checkout. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages after they are shipped, you will need to contact USPS for further assistance.

Returns and Cancellations:
Can I cancel my order?
We only accept cancellations within 3 hours of the order transaction as after the order may have been fulfilled. Please email immediately.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This is due to the nature of slime being easily contaminated, meaning the product cannot be resold.
